While we are truly grateful to the shop for their last-minute help in arranging after-school care, allowing us to handle an emergency, the price and the actual experience were unacceptable. The original quote was NT$2800, including one giant dog and one large dog, for 5 hours of care. After discussion, it was reduced to NT$2000, which we accepted. The dogs were placed at the entrance of a residential (garage-like) apartment, which we had no problem with; the owner said they would vent the air conditioning from the living room to keep the dogs comfortable in the hot weather. However, when we returned to pick them up, the place was extremely stuffy, without even a fan. Both dogs were panting heavily, clearly very uncomfortable. They immediately collapsed and fell asleep in the car, visibly exhausted. What's perplexing is that the environment and quality of care simply do not justify the NT$2000 fee. We hope the shop will prioritize the actual comfort of the pets, rather than just providing a last-minute solution. We also hope this experience will lead to improvements in future after-school care arrangements.

This is an extremely unprofessional large dog foster caretaker. My large dog stayed with them for 7 days and was thoroughly disappointed. All they did was say my dog was prone to running around, they didn't know the scheduled pick-up times, and I couldn't contact them after arriving. Turns out, the foster caretaker was still sleeping! They sent very few photos, and they weren't even from the same day. This alone is unacceptable (compare their Instagram posts with the photos they sent me—there was a one-day gap). Beware of foster caretakers!
